My Story
My journey into the world of holistic wellness began unexpectedly after witnessing the transformative power of holistic treatments. Driven by this newfound passion, I pursued formal education in esthetics and spa management for two years at Loyalist College. My dedication and talent were quickly recognized, earning me the titles of Student of the Year and the Retail Sales award.
My career path accelerated rapidly when I was offered a position with one of the world's most iconic luxury hotel brands, in Alberta. There, I immersed myself in the art of pampering guests from around the globe, learning from the best in the industry.

Despite the allure of Banff's majestic mountains, I felt the pull of home and family back in Ontario. Making the bittersweet decision to return home, I brought with me invaluable experience and a deep passion for holistic wellness. I am now thrilled to launch Love and Hare, eager to share my expertise and spread the joy of well-being to others.
